Where We Stand on Copyright
Creators, studios, distributors, and licence holders own what they make, and IPTV Kingdom works within the framework set out by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. A complaint that reaches us is read by a person and assessed on its merits, never filed away as routine correspondence.
If a protected work of yours is being made available without permission through a third party provider connected to our service, either as the rights holder or as someone authorised to act for them, raise it with us and we will begin looking into it.
Send it complete the first time. A notice missing key details cannot be assessed, which means writing back to you and losing days that could have been spent resolving the matter. The full list sits directly below.
What Your Notice Must Contain
Four things make a complaint actionable. Please put all of them into one message rather than sending them separately.
Who is writing to us
- Your full legal name, or the organisation you are writing on behalf of
- An email address we can reply to
- A telephone number
- A postal address
The work you hold rights in
- Name the protected work you believe has been infringed
- Describe it closely enough that we can identify it without having to guess
- If you are acting for the owner, confirm that you are authorised to do so
Where the material is showing up
- Tell us exactly where the material you object to can be found
- Add any URL, listing title, reference number, or description that narrows it down
- Screenshots are useful and welcome if you have them to hand
The declarations the law asks for
- That you hold a good faith belief the use was not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law
- That the information you have given us is accurate
- A statement under penalty of perjury, where that applies to you
- Your signature, written or electronic
What Happens After You Send It
Every notice that arrives at our designated address travels the same short route.
It reaches us
Your complaint lands in the copyright queue. Using the subject line noted further down puts it in front of the right person immediately instead of sitting in general enquiries.
We read and check it
Our team confirms the notice is complete and valid, then acknowledges receipt so you know a human has it rather than an automated inbox.
We act on it
Where the complaint stands up, we take the appropriate steps and escalate the matter to the relevant upstream provider straight away.
Our timescale. Complete and valid complaints are reviewed and actioned within 24 hours of arriving. If something is unclear, you will hear from us inside that same window rather than waiting on a silent inbox.
If a Removal Was a Mistake
The process has to work in both directions. Where access to material was removed or disabled and you believe that decision rested on an error or a case of mistaken identity, you can send a counter notification to the same address.
Please include the following:
- Your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address
- Identification of the material affected and where it sat before it was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you honestly believe the removal came down to a mistake or a misidentification
- Your agreement to the jurisdiction of the courts that apply where you are
- Your signature, written or electronic
Claims Made Without Grounds
Section 512(f) of the DMCA carries real weight. Where somebody knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, they can be held liable for the damage that follows, legal costs run up by the other side included.
When in doubt, check first. If you are not confident that what you are about to report genuinely infringes your rights, speak to a lawyer before filing. A carefully prepared notice serves everyone better than a hurried one.
Designated Contact
Copyright complaints and counter notifications both go to the address below.
Copyright contact: support@iptvkingdom.net
Subject line: DMCA Notice
Writing that exact subject line routes your message into the copyright queue and shortens the review. For background on how this service operates, see our Disclaimer.
